Filterwolf (a.k.a. Adnan Duric) has his musical roots in the techno clubs of Cologne, but is now based in Munich. He has developed his own sound, far away from the clichés of techno, with a wide diversity of tonal sensibility and intensity. He produces mesmerising electronic music in which techno, house and electro meet Burial-esque vocal fragments, whilst the synths play exploding melodies.
His first release “South Disco” was on dubKULT’s Living Records with remixes by Hrdvsion and Tigerskin. This was followed by his 4-track “Futura EP” on Process, which was a stepping stone to his first album “Music From Tomorrow”, due out on Process in May 2010. To introduce that album, we bring you the first single “Nocturne”, with three amazing remixes from Berlin, Dublin and Paris.
Berlin-based Alan Abrahams, a.k.a. Bodycode, a.k.a. Portable, slows down the tempo and adds extra vocals, turning the track into more laid-back groover, whilst Corrugated Tunnel, who has become a bit of a regular on Process, adds more bass and beats to Nocturne for a version for the middle of the night. The final mix is from Olibusta, a new member of the parisian Get The Curse crew. Thumbing on the thin line between after-hours heavy techno bleepery and freakier-than-thou electro-funk sleaziness.
Further mixes are expected in a second package a few weeks after release of “Music From Tomorrow”.

To coincide with the release of Freaks’ ‘Best of Times’ compilation, the guys are taking over room 3 of Fabric for the whole night on saturday 3rd April.
Freaks have put together this exclusive mix to get you hyped for the occasion.
So to release number six, and D’Julz welcomes Anonym back, to deliver his very own Bass Culture, ‘Lov Is Easy’. In recent times it has been fashionable for European producers to try and recreate the classic sounds of Detroit. The true vibe and feel can surely only come from the City itself?
As his name suggests, whilst we know very little about Anonym, we do know that he hails from the legendary Motor City, and the true essence of his home town can be heard and felt in his music. Classic sounds constructed with a modern touch. Gritty, raw and crying out for sweaty basements.
Both original’s ‘Do You Wanna Party’ and ‘Midnight Groove Sun Express’ are backed by a the superb D’Julz edit of title track ‘Lov Is Easy’ and a rework of Midnight Groove Sun Express by Zoë Xenia, summer style…
Played by Richie Hawtin, Guy Gerber, Loco Dice, Miss Kittin, Anja Schneider, Luciano, Seth Troxler, Onur Ozer, Ryan Crosson, Joris Voorn, Kiki, Deetron, Tiefschwarz, Matthias Tanzmann, Tobi Neumann & more
Temple Music Group in-house producer Ben Tom blew up last year with the release of his dance floor anthem “It’s A Party” featuring Mr. V. “Corner Store Pimp”, his latest release, shows off a different side, one that is deeper, richer, and more cutting edge. “40 Ounces” is a perfect example of the new forms emerging from the San Francisco house scene in 2010. The warm, dubby bass lines are still the same flavor you’d expect from a Temple Music Group release but the melodies are complex and bursting with the kind of energy missing in most of today’s deep house tracks.
Continuing in our relentless pursuit of new sounds, the Corner Store Pimp E.P. features an equally forward thinking b-side remix from Jaswho? He delicately balances the line between slammin’ bass line funk and the indelible sweetness of precision sculpted after hours house for something entirely new.
On the flipside, Tom tacks on the smokers’ delight cut “Swisher Sweets” to emphasize that deep down inside, the corner store pimp just likes to party and get down with dope beats and blunts. Based on a solid SF house foundation, the track pays homage to America’s favorite herb in many clever ways with Tom layering in some tasty G-funk’d Juno synth lines for a nice sprinkling of “Cali love” on top.
Artist Information:Ben Tom Raised in San Francisco’s Chinatown district, Ben Tom approaches music much as he does life, with a humble determination to walk his own path and loyalty to those who matter most. Behind the decks, Ben moves seamlessly from soulful house to electro techno, weaving pop and hip-hop vocals over dance-inducing tracks that keep the crowd on the floor while fluidly crossing genres and flirting with unexpected sound combinations. On stage, his expert focus and ability to select just what the audience needs just when they need it are hallmarks of his performances.
In the studio, Tom lets his instincts take over and trusts sound to be the guide. Whether he’s crafting vocal-driven tracks like the forthcoming Mixed Up, which features Temple Music Group’s Isabel Lozano, working his magic on upcoming collaborations with the likes of New York’s hip-hop DJ Mr. V or stirring up radio-ready remixes with co-conspirator JasWho? (a.k.a. Jason Williams) under the moniker Black Wangz, Ben uses his keen sound sensibilities and appreciation for music across genres to deliver releases with wide-reaching appeal. Remix Artists: JasWho? aka Jay Williams Resident artist at Temple SF, San Francisco’s largest nightclub. He is one of the founders of Soulmine Records, a Bay Area indie house label established in 1999. JasWho?’s music has been licensed for ringtones, TV shows, and feature films. You can find him recording at Moulton Studios as one of the members of 40 Thieves, touring with the bands Spigga and Playground People, and producing artists at Temple Studios SF, and Soulmine Studios, Oakland, CA. ****************************************************** Promotional stuff arrived via email ,send your stuffs via e mail or soundcloud, promote yourself…!!! ******************************************************

<a href=" http://rapidshare.com/files/345260427/Soulphiction-Featured_Artist_LP.rar “> Philpot’s Soulphiction digs further into his deep house crease to pull out a heavy collection of pulse-slowed dancing gear for Sonar Kollektiv. The emphasis is split between psyched, slow-burning and Africanised house music through to jazzier club goodies, from the 110bpm throbo-jack of the NWAQ-alike ‘State Of Euphoria’ and the infectious ‘Prison Song’ to the Afrobeat slink of ‘Make It Slow’. For the jazzy crew make sure to check his remix of Eva B’s ‘No Memory Of Time’ and ‘Whizzdom & Understanding’ or the burning strings of ‘Soul Print’.(boomkat, listen, buy here)

After his collaboration with matthias tanzmann in summer 2009, martinez releases another stunning solo ep on moon harbour. within a few beats it’s clear who we have here – so distinctive has martinez’ sound become. »cheesecake« has an elegant house flow, its pressure evolving throughout and held by the continually increasing chord which, when reduced to its essential elements, creates a unique tension in the track. this elegant groover will turn heads as its deepness grows to catch the listener at just the right time. on the flipside »gourmet« is full and atmospheric – a floating chord, an excited vocal and from time to time a string make this the track to start the night or the morning in a euphoric way.(nuloop, buy here)
