The ‘Deep Visions EP‘ by Mick Verma is the 6th release on Vision Collective Recordings and features four tracks from this talented and versatile producer. The opening track ‘U Are My Alcohol‘ is a classic sounding deep house track with subtle keys, strings and vocal sample. ‘The Beginning‘(Original Mix) continues in deep house territory and features a number of Verma’s trademark sounds. The third track ‘That Dance‘ is a down tempo instrumental track with laid back beats and a Balaeric vibe. The final track is QuestionmarQ‘s Tip Toe Mix of ‘The Beginning‘ which is an excellent re-imagination of the original, taking the track in a different direction with new elements and textures

Maximo Park Return With US Tour Dates & Brand New Album!

The UK’s maestros of all that is catchy, Maxïmo Park will be returning to the US for their first tour since 2007 in support of their upcoming album “The National Health.”

Since taking the world by storm in 2005 with their critically acclaimed opus “A Certain Trigger,” followed by “Our Earthly Pleasures” (2007) and “Quicken the Heart” (2009) and selling over two million records world wide to date, Newcastle’s mavens of jittery, slick pop will be embarking on a US trek of select cities this fall in support of their upcoming brainchild “The National Health,” a joint venture between the band’s own Daylighting Records label and brand new North American label Straight To The Sun, a part of the Musebox Label Group.

“We’ve been waiting for a few years to make our return to North America and now, with “The National Health” under our belts, we’re pleased to announce some new dates! The new album is a crowd-pleasing blockbuster (in our not so humble opinion!) so spread the word and let’s make these shows special. We assure our American friends we’ll make it up to them with a dose of pure, melodic, ROCK!!!”
– Paul Smith/Maximo Park
